Job Description SummaryRole Summary: The Continuous Improvement Specialist will be part of the Hydro North America Business Transformation team and will report to the Business Process Management Leader. The role will be responsible for supporting continuous improvement programs, with a specialized focus on US Government Process compliance.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Supports the Business Transformation roadmap and drives continuous improvement programs for Hydro North AmericaHosts Lean 3P and VSM events to design and optimize business processesTranslates company policies and customer requirements into functional requirementsInterfaces with DT department to ensure tools are created or updatedSupports process improvement needs with a primary focus on US Government project complianceEnsures proper tracking of improvement actions and measures impact of changesCreates communication plans to report on roadmap and project progressEnsures process compliance criteria are met through USG process design and maintenancePartners with functional leaders to help them achieve their process optimization.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 3 years of experience in process management and transformationDesired Qualifications:
Good understanding of lean principles and how to apply themProject management experienceAbility to apply change management principlesAdditional Information
